北(bei)京國(guo)際航(hang)班入境政策調(diao)整

關于目的地為北京的國際航班從指定第一入境點入境的公告(第2號)

　　依(yi)據(ju)《中(zhong)華人民共和(he)國(guo)國(guo)境(jing)(jing)衛生檢(jian)疫法(fa)》和(he)《中(zhong)華人民共和(he)國(guo)民用航空(kong)法(fa)》有關(guan)規定，決定所有目的地為北(bei)京(jing)的國(guo)際客運航班均從指定的第一入(ru)境(jing)(jing)點(dian)入(ru)境(jing)(jing)。現公告如(ru)下：

　　一、自3月23日零(ling)時(shi)(北京時(shi)間)開始(shi)，所有目的地為北京的國際始發客運航班均須從天津(jin)、石家(jia)莊、太原、呼(hu)和浩特、上海浦東、濟南(nan)、青島(dao)、南(nan)京、沈陽、大連、鄭州(zhou)、西(xi)安12個指定的第一入境點入境。各航(hang)空(kong)公司(si)航(hang)班(ban)指定(ding)的第一入(ru)境(jing)點可以在民航(hang)局、航(hang)空(kong)公司(si)官網上查詢。

　　二、乘坐上述國際航(hang)班(ban)的旅客在第一(yi)入境(jing)點實施檢疫(yi)并(bing)辦理(li)入境(jing)手續(xu)，行李(li)清(qing)關。檢疫(yi)符合登(deng)機條件(jian)的旅客可搭乘原航(hang)班(ban)入京(jing)。腹艙所帶貨物在北京(jing)清(qing)關。

　　三、目的地為(wei)北(bei)京的國際航(hang)班指(zhi)定(ding)第一入境點的安排及相關措(cuo)施(shi)將根據疫情(qing)變化情(qing)況適時調整。

All International Flights to Beijing Redirected

　　In accordance with relevant provisions of the Frontier Health andQuarantine Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Civil Aviation Law ofthe People’s Republic of China, it is decided that all international passengerflights bound for Beijing will be diverted to designated first points of entryinto China. It is hereby announced as follows:

　　1. Starting from 00:00 of March 23 Beijing Time, all internationalpassenger flights bound for Beijing will be diverted to the following twelve(12) designated first points of entry: Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan, Hohhot,Shanghai Pudong, Jinan, Qingdao, Nanjing, Shenyang, Dalian, Zhengzhou and Xi’an.The designated first points of entry for the specific flights operated byairlines can be found on the official website of CAAC and the websites ofairlines.

　　2. Passengers on the international flights shall go through quarantineinspection and customs clearance formalities and claim baggage at the firstpoints of entry. Passengers who passed quarantine inspection can fly to Beijingon the original flight. Customs clearance for belly-held cargo shall beconducted in Beijing.

　　3. Timely adjustment to the designated first points of entry forinternational flights bound for Beijing and relevant measures will be made basedon the epidemic development.
